Dee's role as Regional Strategy Director is to determine priorities and programmes to ensure that TPMW achieves its objectives and targets. To ensure that the Partnership and regional priorities for the tourism industry are represented within the wider national, regional and local level. She also leads the team to develop greater partnership working between key tourism stakeholders.

Gwawr supports the Regional Strategy Director in developing, implementing priorities and programmes that will enable TPMW to achieve its agreed objectives and targets. She is responsible for the development, implementation and project management TPMWs skills support Programme “Medrwn”, product and business development projects.

Rhian manages the office on a day to day basis, providing administrative support for all the other team members and Directors. She manages the office diary and acts as a first contact point for all enquiries.
