Board Of Directors

The Role of TPMW Directors

The Board of Directors is legally responsible for the running of the Company. Its role is to monitor the Company’s performance against its legal and financial obligations and ensure the appropriate delivery of its approved business plan. The Board also steers and advises on the focus of TPMW operations within the policy frameworks set out by Welsh Assembly Government.
