Dee's role as Regional Strategy Director is to determine priorities and programmes to ensure that TPMW achieves its objectives and targets. Ensuring that the Partnership and regional priorities to develop the tourism industry are represented within the wider national, regional and local level is key to her role. She also leads the team to develop greater partnership working between key tourism stakeholders.

Gwawr supports the Regional Strategy Director in developing, implementing priorities and programmes that will enable TPMW to achieve its agreed objectives and targets. She is responsible for the development, implementation and project management of tourism related activities including managing TPMWs Human Resource Development (HRD) Programme “Medrwn” , product and business development activities and she also deputises for the Regional Strategy Director when appropriate.

Pip is responsible for the effective and efficient running of a varied range of tourism based projects and contracts and marketing campaigns as well as coordinating our public profile and management of the content on the corporate website and information and monitoring systems.

Rhian manages the office on a day to day basis, providing administrative support for all the other team members and Directors. She controls the office diary and acts as a first contact point for all enquiries including finance queries.

Helen co-ordinates the skills development needs within South Powys and Ceredigion. Helen’s role is to develop and strengthen co-operative cross sectoral networks involved in tourism related activity in Mid Wales and to drive forward the tourism strategy utilising these networks and individual operators, to increase the quality and competitiveness of the tourism product in Ceredigion & South Powys.
