The course has been designed for the 21st century and is the successor to the very popular ‘Welcome Host’ course. Croeso Cynnes is part of the new Visit Wales’ Croeso Cynnes Cymreig Programme. The course has been designed for the 21st century and is the successor to the very popular ‘Welcome Host’ course. The usual cost of the course is £35 per person. However, TPMW and Medrwn are offering the Croeso Cynnes First Impressions course for just £20 provided you also complete the other two self assessed modules by end March 2010 and become a fully accredited ‘Croeso’ business. Self assessment forms for the other two modules are below and you can simply complete them and return them with your booking form.
If you would benefit from more help to complete the self assessment forms – please also book yourself onto the Free of Charge ‘Sense of Place’ Training days detailed in the attached list of dates – during which the ‘Using Welsh in your Business’ module will also be covered. Courses will run between 9.30am and 4.30pm with a simple lunch provided.

We will acknowledge your booking and send you out confirmation of your place, pre-course work and directions to the venue by email where possible. The £20 should be sent with the booking and made payable to ‘TPMW’. Cancellations up until a week before the course will be permitted – but after that date you will not be entitled to a refund if you are not able to attend.
