Croeso Cynnes

Croeso Cynnes is part of the new Visit Wales’ Croeso Cynnes Cymreig Programme. The First Impressions module is a one day OCN accredited course designed for all who come into contact with visitors who want to develop their core service skills. The course has been designed for the 21st century and is the successor to the very popular ‘Welcome Host’ course. This Visit Wales Croeso Cynnes taught course sits alongside two self–assessed modules. [click for more]
